We are seeking a welcoming and customer focused Assistant Front of House Manager to join our ultra-professional front of house team. You’ll support the Front of House Manager in managing all aspects of the front office, including guest services, reception and concierge. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all guests receive the exceptional service they expect from the moment they arrive until their departure, so we’re looking for someone to be the welcoming face that guests see on arrival, and who is present to assist with any requests during their stay. 

As an assistant manager you will need previous experience of leading a team, helping to compile the rota, holding briefings and 1:1 meetings with team members and being a decision maker and point of contact in the absence of the Front of House Manager.

This is a permanent, full-time role working the same shifts as the rest of the FOH team on a rota basis. Typical shifts would be early (7am - 3:30pm), middle shifts, or late shifts (2:30pm - 11pm) and a night shift (11pm - 7:30am) on a rotation basis.
