This is a part time role - 24 hours per week

The F&B Coordinator plays a vital role in the administrative and operational support of the Food & Beverage departments. This position ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of these departments by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and supporting managers and their teams.

A large part of the role involves using our rota system, Rotageek, so computer skills and organisation are essential for the role.  You will be coordinating ‘casual’ team members, allocating shifts where needed as well as carrying out general administrative duties for Managers in the restaurant outlets including correspondence with team members and guests.

It’s a fast paced environment, requiring great communication skills, a flexible attitude and strong attention to detail.  Experience and understanding of hospitality is not essential but would be an advantage.

The role is week days only 24 hours per week with a Monday and Thursday essential, other days flexible and is based at the hotel every day.

Previous food and beverage experience in similar operation
